SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The products are sold to the Customer on the website by identifying the Customer by completing and submitting the online order form in accordance with the instructions provided and contextual acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, as well as the prices and description of the products involved in the transaction.
Each sale made on the website may relate to one or more products, with no quantity limits for each item, except when explicitly mentioned in the product information (for example, Limited Editions).
The Customer is prohibited from providing false information during the registration and sales process and in subsequent communications. Thrivejouney Unipessoal Lda, hereinafter Bujitech, reserves the right to take legal action regarding any violation or abuse, in the interest of and to protect all consumers.
Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale presupposes the dismissal of Bujitech of any liability related to the issuance of incorrect tax documents resulting from errors in the information provided by the Customer during the order process.
The Customer is solely responsible for the correction of this data.
The order form available on the website includes:
- Description, images, price and quantity of each product;
- Payment methods that can be used;
- Delivery methods for purchased products and shipping and delivery costs, whenever applicable;
- Reference to the General Conditions of Sale that include the conditions for exercising the Right of Free Resolution;
- Return conditions and guarantee for purchased products
Before completing the order process, the Customer must read and confirm full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy.
The order process is completed when we receive the information from the online order form and after verifying the correctness of the data sent.
Bujitech may, before sending the Order Confirmation, request by email other information essential for the processing, payment and delivery of the order.
Bujitech reserves the right to cancel orders if it finds that there are no payment guarantees or in situations where the order is placed by a Customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute related to a previous order.
This right is also applied whenever Bujitech, with legitimate reasons, considers the Customer unsuitable (for example, a Customer with a history of violating these General Conditions of Sale or involved in fraudulent activities of any kind).
If, for any reason, an ordered product is not available, Bujitech undertakes to inform the Customer and refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
All expeditions include:
- The product(s) ordered;
- The transport guide;
- Mandatory accompanying documentation depending on the country of dispatch/delivery;
- Any informative and promotional material.
For orders worth €45.00 or more for delivery in mainland Portugal, we offer shipping costs. The cost of shipping to mainland Portugal at home is €6.50.
For orders worth €65.00 or more for delivery to the islands, we offer shipping costs. Shipping costs to the islands at home are €8.50.
For international shipments, different options will be presented at checkout,
with an indication of the respective costs, for shipping orders depending on their destination.
All customs and customs expenses that may arise will be paid by the customer to the competent services.
The order is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer (as long as it is located in one of the countries to which Bujitech sells through its website).
For this purpose, the system automatically assumes the address that the Customer indicated in their account.
However, during the ordering process, the Customer can edit this address or add an alternative address for each specific delivery.
Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, and will be dispatched by Bujitech partner companies, namely CTT.
Information about the delivery of the order will be sent via email to the contacts indicated in the Customer's account. Bujitech recommends that these are always updated at the time of ordering.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that it is available on the day the order is delivered.
If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT point by the transport entity. The Customer may collect it at the CTT point within a period of 6 (six) business days. If the order is not claimed or delivery is not successful, the order will be returned to Bujitech.
Bujitech will reimburse the customer for the amount paid, with the exception of costs
incurred when sending the order, as well as any expenses related to storage and new delivery attempts, even for orders worth more than €45, which are exempt from shipping costs due to the loss caused by attempting to deliver the order to the customer .
Bujitech reserves the right to split delivery of the order, for example, but not limited to, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In these cases, the Customer is informed via the email address indicated during the ordering process.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging. If anomalies are detected, they must be recorded accurately and in detail by the shipping company and delivery refused. Otherwise, the Customer will not be able to complain about this issue.
Average delivery times are as follows:
- 3 working days after sending the Order Confirmation to the Customer in the case of orders paid by Credit or Debit Card, MB Way;
- 3 working days after Payment Confirmation in the case of orders paid by Multibanco.
Bujitech always ensures delivery on time. If it is not possible to deliver the order within the estimated timeframe, the maximum delivery time will be 28 days.
Bujitech does not guarantee the deadlines referred to in the previous points during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas or in the event of stock outs.
Bujitech is not responsible for non-compliance, or late non-compliance, with any obligation resulting from a force majeure event (event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control).
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Applicable to purchases made at www.bybujitech.com.
The Customer may cancel their order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise their right to free resolution under the legally stipulated terms indicated below.
Failure to pay for the order within 5 (five) days following the date on which it was placed implies automatic cancellation of the order.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2004 of January 7th, relating to electronic commerce, Bujitech reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction in Bujitech's computers or if the proposal arrives at its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In the case of orders paid using credit, partial or total, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously considered terminated, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of April 26, as amended by the DL 82/2008, of May 20).
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under applicable legal terms, Bujitech allows the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of articles, within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without needing to indicate the reason.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt accompanied by the Original Invoice (article 6 of DL 143/2001, of April 26th as amended by DL 82/2008, of May 20th) and Note duly completed Return Form.
If you wish to exchange or return items, you can contact Bujitech, who will provide you with all the information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances should you send items without prior contact as they will not be received.
The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions:
• Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and
accompanied by the respective invoice;
• Exchanges of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted.
The Customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent to their shipping.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
Bujitech reserves the right to not accept articles that do not meet these conditions.
In the event that you have received damaged items or items with technical problems, Bujitech will schedule their collection at the location you indicate to us, in the same shipping area as the original order, at no cost to the Customer.
